Paul Blart: Mall Cop Full Movie Download

a5c7b9f00b Paul Blart is a mild-mannered man who works as a security guard in a New Jersey mall. For years, he has applied to become a cop, but he always fails the physical exam because he has hypogmycemia and tends to pass out when his blood sugar is low. One day, a gang of organized criminals put the mall under siege and take hostages. Blart becomes trapped inside, and because of his sense of duty, refuses to leave. He thus becomes the police department's eyes on the inside and attempts to stop the criminals on his own. Aspiring police officer Paul Blart is a single father who lives in New Jersey with his mother Margaret and his teenage daughter Maya. Even though Paul is a dedicated police cadet, unfortunately, his medical condition prevents him from passing the exams, so in order to be close to his dream, he joins the staff of the West Orange Pavilion Mall as a security guard. Enthusiastic and overzealous, Paul patrols the Mall's premises always willing to help, keeping things in order while riding his motorised electric vehicle. Unexpectedly, the opening of a new kiosk will bring Paul close to Amy, a beautiful, young seller who will eventually steal the guard's heart. When on a Black Friday, a bank heist inside the Mall threatens the life of Paul's beloved Amy, as well as the lives of other hostages, for once, he will have to put into action his police training, overlook his weaknesses and defend effectively his Mall. Will Paul save the day and finally get the girl? This would have to be one of most un-comedic movies I've ever seen. Basically this is nothing more than an updated version of any Marx Bros movie, where you have a ridiculous premise full of equally ridiculous sight gags.

Kevin James is Paul Blart, a shopping mall cop who rides a ridiculous Segway and who takes his job, or "shopper safety" as he calls it, a little too seriously. While his colleagues simply see it as a job where you punch in and punch out, (like all mall security guards do), Blart takes it up several notches to an area bordering on pointlessness where every random meaningless mall incident becomes a do or die mission.

Naturally there's the usual ho-hum jokes-du-jour throughout; one where he pulls over an elderly man on one of those reprehensible mobility scooters for driving recklessly amongst shoppers. The man couldn't have cared less and drives off with Blart being dragged along the floor behind him. I'm not sure where the joke is, but it's supposed to be funny. Next he gets in a punch-up with 2 legged hippo in Victoria's Secret and she punches the stuffing out of him. If this were anywhere else but America I could see her probably getting away with it, but in a court-happy country like the U.S, I highly doubt it. Judge Judy would be all over it like flies on a turd.

I don't remember too much after this as it was around this point that I started to really lose interest. I think there's some feeble attempt at a story when the mall is subject to a heist where they are after credit card codes or something, Paul Blart somehow manages to save the day, gets married and I'm counting the minutes of my life that have been lost forever. I was wondering when this was going to ever get funny and it simply never did. I get that comedy is subjective but normally you'd expect to find some semblance of comedy within a movie that's supposed to be funny, even if you as an individual don't happen to find everything funny. If you enjoy watching a bumbling fool getting himself into poorly scripted situations and unfunny situations, then you'll enjoy this. If you want to have a proper laugh, this movie is a waste of time. Paul Blart: Mall Cop is another Adam Sandler made Happy Madison movie. It is pretty funny, but also a bit boring for a few reasons.

1) Some comedy is just too exaggerated. Like when Paul got drunk, that was just a pathetic attempt at comedy.

2) The acting. Kevin James was good as Paul Blart and so was the actress for that girl he liked, but the other acting sucked pretty bad.

3) It kind of ran on. I mean, stop the burglars already and stop going through all these stunts.

Therefore, this is worth watching if you can, but otherwise you're not really missing much.

7/10 James has a sweet, appealing presence, but the dreary, joke-light script and generic direction do him no favors. Paul Blart: Mall Cop is based on a screenplay by Kevin James, who plays the title character, and by writer and voice actor Nick Bakay. ...on the ring tone for Paul's borrowed phone: My bubble Gum by Rasheeda

...the first karaoke song: Runaway by Bon Jovi

...when Paul is leaving the house for work: Mr Blue Sky by Electric Light Orchestra

...in the trailer: Livin' on a Prayer by Bon Jovi

...in the bar: Runaway by Bon Jovi

...when he walks over to Amy at the end: I Can't Hold Back by Survivor

...when he starts singing in the video games: Detroit Rock City by Kiss Yes. An extra scene depicting Blart's wedding is shown about 20 seconds into the credits, but there's nothing after the credits. The extra scene is not worth sticking around for.
